The breakfast at this place was fantastic with delicious homemade food, and the setting was great, right next to a beautiful mountain with a stunning view of the hillside.

No place to have dinner nearby. As of April 2011, no breakfast room, breakfast items left in room night before.

It was an absolutely fabulous hotel, nothing to complain about, strongly recommend. Loved our 7 nights stay. The location was marvellous for first time visitors to Heraklion.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help anytime during the day.

After a breakfast on the sunny terrace with breathtaking views, ask super friendly stuff what's for dinner, order it, spend the day exploring Crete, come back to the hotel, sit down at the already prepared table on the terrace, have authentic delicious local food enjoying a evening air, have a cigar and sipping a wine from local vineyards. Boom.

Nothing to complain about, this great hotel met needs. The pool was nice. Location was good, 9 miles to Nikos Kazantzakis airport, perfectly reachable. We were able to visit Peza Union, that was 2 miles from the venue

Couldn't find a single thing to nitpick about. This place is just awesome, and the staff here are so nice and helpful! It's about 20 km from the airport, which isn't too far. And let me tell you, the breakfast options here are top-notch - so many delicious choices to pick from! 🌟

amazing views, extremely friendly and helpful staff, rooms were equipped with everything you need, food was prepared daily by our personal chef and was equal or better to any restaurant we tried (meals are prepared specifically for guests if they do not want to eat out). the atmosphere was 100% relaxation. the whole package was perfect for either relaxation or exploration of the island. Wonderful place! I cannot rate it highly enough!

I had an excellent stay at a beautiful hotel with stunning views. The accommodations were lovely, with spacious rooms and a comfy bed. The staff was friendly and ready to assist. The breakfast was plentiful and they even prepared a breakfast for my early departure. The location was great, with easy access to the city center and the national highway. The hotel was clean and had all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the charming and cozy decoration of the hotel. From the beautiful floral arrangements to the traditional furniture, everything felt so warm and inviting. It reminded me of staying in a quaint countryside cottage. The general areas of the hotel were also very accessible for senior people like me. There were ramps and handrails throughout, making it easy to navigate and feel safe.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation better for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the staff. Although the children working there were friendly and helpful, sometimes it would have been nice to have someone available specifically for assisting us with our needs as senior guests.
